Sham N Kashyap has a multi-disciplinary academic background. He has Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Agricultural Economics. Sham has worked in the development sector in various capacities including that of Social Scientist, Policy Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, Trainer and Panchayath Development Officer. His research interests include Agricultural Policy Analysis, Computer Aided Policy Simulation models and Decentralized Rural Governance Systems.

At GRAAM, Sham currently coordinates evaluation studies related to rural health and decentralized governance.
