Process Monitoring of Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Mission (KSRLM)

GRAAM along with Sutra consulting has been assigned to undertake process monitoring of the Sanjeevini program in 20 taluks covering 5 districts of Karnataka State. The process monitoring assignment aims at establishing and nurturing a dynamic process monitoring mechanism that is receptive, adaptive and systematic in nature.It provides regular and evidence based suggestions for improving the implementation strategies.

 1 To monitor various process across taluks , such as formation of SHG’s,formation of Ward and GP level federations.
 2 To monitor the process of convergence and capacity building activities undertaken in the program
 3 To monitor the progress from social inclusion to financial inclusion of the SHG members especially that of the EPVG members.
 4 To prepare monitoring reports including analysis of implementation, identification of aiding and hindering factors and provide it to the implementation team at taluk, district and the state level.
